It’s been exactly a year since 2 Chainz revealed to us the title of his next album, Rap Or Go To The League.
We got a number of tracks throughout 2018, like “Bigger Than You,” “Hot Wings” and “Girl’s Best Friend,” but no album. Now to start off the new year he has released visuals for the latter two tracks, dropped a freestyle track, hopped on the remix for Ariana Grande’s single, a couple of Super Bowl commercials, interviews; if you haven’t put the pieces together, it’s album time!
Taking to social media, Tity Boi shares a clip from his visit to LA earlier this month while he’s in the studio with LeBron James. The two are discussing ideas of how many tracks will make the cut for the album and it’s revealed that LeBron is the A&R for the album.
All and all we are looking at a 14-track album to arrive in just over a week on March 1st!… Also, a possibility of two bonus tracks dropping later on. Check out the announcement below.
